Initial consultation
Your first appointment will take a bit longer. During the initial consultation we’ll talk about your goals, your general health and any specific health conditions or concerns, and your lifestyle.
As part of the consultation, we will develop a nutrition care plan that will help you meet your or your child’s immediate or long term goals. Tailored meal plans can be purchased as an add on service.
You’ll be sent a new client questionnaire with your confirmation to help us prepare for your appointment.
If you have a GP referral, please arrange for it to be emailed to us prior to your appointment.
Please also send any relevant health test results prior to your appointment.
If your appointment is NDIS funded, please book an NDIS appointment.

Review / follow up consultation
At your review we will talk about what is and isn’t working for your from our previous consultation. We will reassess your or your child’s goals and make adjustments to your nutrition care plan if needed.
This might include updating your meal plan, nutrition education, talking about your food or symptoms diary, reviewing any new health tests, and answering any new questions.
Meal plans
Good nutrition comes from understanding how to balance your nutritional needs with your lifestyle. Our food education and planning will help you build tasty and healthy menus that don’t feel like you’re on a diet.
During your appointment we will discuss your preferences and provide expert nutritional advice to help you reach your personal goals.
If you would like a more structured approach, we can develop a tailored meal plan to take the guess work out of planning your meals, leaving you more time to focus your energy where you need it.
Child nutrition
We can help your child to develop a positive relationship with food and help make meal times less stressful.
Our expert advice includes:
Food allergies and intolerances,
fussy eating,
food sensory issues,
nutrition for autism and ADHD,
coeliac disease (or other conditions requiring a specialised diet),
irritable bowel syndrome or other digestive issues such as constipation,
poor appetite,
weight gain or childhood obesity.
Our clinic is family friendly with ample parking, including undercover for those rainy days. We provide a calm and quiet environment to ensure you and your child feel comfortable so that our sessions together run smoothly.
Weight management
Meal replacement shakes, appetite suppressants and fad diets might provide short term results but these aren’t sustainable in the long term. Through nutrition education and planning, we can help you meet your goals for losing or gaining weight by building healthy habits that fit your or your child’s lifestyle.
Managing health conditions
If you or your child have recently been diagnosed with a condition such as diabetes, irritable bowel syndrome, coeliac disease, or a food intolerance, you might be wondering what you or they can actually eat.
Our personalised nutrition education and planning will help you manage the condition and reduce food related symptoms.
