Book an appointment.
Please note some clients may require an extended consultation which will incur a higher fee.
For your first visit, please book a first appointment (45 minutes). If you’ve already had a first appointment with us, book a review consultation (30 minutes). If it’s been longer than 3 months between appointments please book a first appointment so we can review any changes to your health or to your goals.
For NDIS funded appointments please book a 90 minute NDIS appointment.
A deposit is required to secure your appointment and the remainder is required at the time of the appointment.
GP referrals are not required. If you have private health insurance you may be able to claim a rebate through your fund.
Patients with a GP referral may have some of your appointment cost covered by Medicare. Please contact us if you want more information on out of pocket/gap costs for our services.
Payment Policy
A $30 deposit is required at the time of booking (this amount counts towards your total appointment fee). The balance of your payment must be made in full at the time of the appointment via direct deposit or PayID. Follow up appointments will not be accepted until payment is finalised.
Cancellation, reschedule, no show and late attendance Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for a cancellation or appointment reschedule.
We understand that life happens. We are a small family-owned business so please respect our 24 hour cancellation policy to allow us to fill that spot. Short notice cancellation or no-show may result in forfeit of your deposit and a future appointment may not be accepted.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us.
In exceptional circumstances, this policy may be waived at our discretion.
Out of respect for our time and that of other clients, we ask that you let us know if you are running late (by SMS or call). If you will be more than 10 minutes late, you may be required to reschedule your appointment to ensure other patients’ appointments aren’t affected.
